How PTG Rebuilt the IT Behind a Fourth-Generation Roofing Company

Piper Roofing is a fourth-generation commercial roofing company that has roofed Greenville landmarks since 1908. For all that heritage, their technology was resting on a single point of failure, and it took a serious attack to bring that home.

 It took roughly nine months for the company to get back on its feet, and the controller, Bradley Garza, spent much of that time recreating spreadsheets and financial information by hand. The attack opened their eyes to the gap between what their IT was and what the company actually needed.
